We accept cash, various credit cards, and QR code payments.

A cancellation fee applies as follows: 20% up to 7 days prior, 50% up to 3 days prior, and 100% on the day of arrival.

Meals are served in our Japanese restaurant with semi-private rooms in a traditional Japanese setting. You can relax and enjoy conversation with your family and loved ones.

Dinner start times are available between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM (the restaurant closes at 9:00 PM).

We offer children’s menus tailored to their age. You are also welcome to bring your own baby food or share portions from the adults’ dishes. Please feel free to consult us.

All guest rooms are Japanese-style tatami rooms. Enveloped in the scent of tatami and a gentle atmosphere, you can stretch out and relax. For details, please see our Guest Rooms page.

Guest rooms in the main building are equipped with a shower booth. Please enjoy it along with our large public baths.

The entire property is non-smoking. For smoking, please use the designated smoking area provided outside the building.

By booking through our official website, you can make a priority reservation for the private bath, allowing you to secure your preferred time before arrival.

We have a fully equipped banquet hall that can accommodate up to 250 guests. Please use it for group trips, special anniversaries, and various banquets.

We have a shop offering mainly Shirahama souvenirs, as well as a coin laundry convenient for consecutive-night stays and family travel. For details, please see our Facilities page.

You can choose your preferred yukata and amenities from a dedicated space. Children’s amenities and diapers are also available.

It is about a 15-minute drive from Shirahama Station. If using the local bus, please get off at “Shirahama Onsen.” For details, please see our Access page.

We offer complimentary parking for 50 vehicles, and no reservation is required. Up to 5 large buses can also be parked.

We regret that we do not provide a shuttle service. Please use a taxi, your own car, or the local bus.
